I LOVE this Place and the Owner, John is Professional & Knowledgeable & Very Reasonable Priced!!! I have been going here for years WITHOUT ANY ISSUES and I Do & Have recommended his services! I have had Tires , Brakes , Engine Repair done here previously and most recently had my Shocks Replaced.

Kevin and his team did a *phenomenal* job getting the body work done on my girl, Ms. Lou back looking fabulous! I'd gotten a few dents parking on UofM campus this winter.
Kevin also found me a replacement taillight that I'd been taping as I'd been unable to find one cheaper that about $150-$200. He found one for me and with installation it was only $90.!

Furthermore he was able to get me in any sooner than any shop that I'd attempted to even get in and get a quote at. Upon getting the quote he was able to get my car in the shop within a week.

Then to top things off? He even got me my girl back almost a week and a half sooner than he'd originally told me, detailed the interior of the vehicle for me as well 😊
I'm so pleased with how wonderful my baby looks!
I'm super grateful for the overall wonderful experience and customer service that I've received.

I HIGHLY recommend and encourage everyone to support this local business most definitely! Kevin was a delight to work with, was transparent with both myself & my insurance company.
Especially when all too often shops try to take advantage of me as a women, or constantly are trying to sell you BS and move the time back and keep the car in there forever.
As the daughter and sister of mechanics, I never once femt that Kevin was trying to pull one over on me.
For any future repairs I know that personally I will never go anywhere else than to see Kevin at Sumpter Auto Repair.
