Chelsea Park Apartments

I would recommend anyone to Chelsea park apartments as look as Ashley is still there. She is such a sweet lady who accommodates you any time, she will give you all the time you need, she pick calls at any time. She's such a wonderful and professional lady. I love my apartment, so clean and quiet. Ashley I appreciate you so much. You are the reason I chose Chelsea park.

My experience at Chelsea Park was great! Shelia is a great agent, hope she don’t mind me mentioning her name. Very professional and friendly. Apartment is very nice. All issues were fixed immediately. Thanks for everything.

Great area in Taylor. Apartments look well kept up and the grounds are clean. The ladies in the office are really nice. I like that they offer a 24 hour gym facility. And they have a tennis court which is also pretty cool.

We have been living here for 5 years and we are in the process of renewing our lease for another year. I would like to acknowledge the property management team Allia & Sheila. Chelsea Park has always been a wonderful place to call home. Allia and Sheila have superseded my expectations when handling issues and concerns. They have been extremely understanding and sympathetic to our concerns and that truly means a lot. I tend to be a little impatient when wanting issues resolved and I have learned to trust that they are doing everything in their power to resolve them as soon as possible. I just wanted to simply say thank you to these two ladies and let them know that they are appreciated far more than they could ever imagine. Chelsea Park has had a huge turn over rate in terms of management and I truly hope they can do whatever it takes to keep these two ladies at this location!
