Purchased a queen mattress set & bedroom set, just over $6000. Very nice store with an excellent sales associate, Dave Lucas. He is no pressure, very knowledgeable, wonderful customer skills, fair and personable. I will go back for any future furniture purchases & request Dave Lucas. Great warranty, free setup & delivery, remove old bedding. Just great service. First time dealing with Gardner White, I would recommend and will go back.

I was actually very pleasantly surprised! We have been looking to buy a new mattress, so I was dreading the overall process including the sales piece...but Brian and Kyle were great! Lots of information, no pressure, lots of mattresses to try. The mattress and adjustable bed frame were delivered a few days later so we are now adjusting and trying it out...which will take a while. Thanks for making these early steps of the process great!

This review was written the day we bought our furniture. After the furniture was delivered, we were not pleased with the mattress. The salesperson failed to tell us that we had to "break the mattress in for 60 days". It was as hard as a rock, not like the one we tried out in the store. But no one did anything for us at the store. I guess after they got our money, we are stuck with whatever we do not like about our purchase.
We had a salesperson named Sherri. We thought she explained everything thoroughly, and she showed us many different items from which we could choose. She seemed so knowledgeable about everything. We will not be making another purchase at this location.

This store location has the most beautiful furniture we have ever seen. Loved to go there and just browse, but will never buy again.

Victor was such a huge help! Very polite and made our purchase quick and super easy! We are so excited he could find us the perfect set that was in stock and ready for delivery today so we don’t have to wait the several month wait other companies were quoting! We will definitely be back and will refer anyone we know looking for furniture!
