(February 1, 2022, 9:29 pm)This is by far the most knowledgeable staff ever. Jackie is THE BEST, she is helpful, knowledgeable about sewing, embroidery and everything. All staff are attentive to the guest needs and wants and is very patient. This is the only Viking store I frequent and I’m very fortunate I live only 10 minutes away. Go to this store, confident you will receive great service and helpful advice without feeling like your wasting your time or testing their patience.
