I love this place. I gave 4 star because they have alot of rules thats the only complaint i have thats kinda annoying. Other than that i love my place i just wish it was more counter space and more updated cabinets and appliances. But i haven't had any issues with them they are very prompt with maintenance repairs they keep the property up etc. I just wish the apartments wasnt mixed in they need to be updated. Some of the people that live in the apartments are rowdy. I love the price here i pray they keep it like this cause if they didn't i couldn't afford market rate. Overall i love it, its peaceful.
I lived here since 1998. It is a nice place to live. They let you have a cat if you get a doctor's note.They don't charge you for having a pet. Maintenance are very good. Just parking is a problem for people.
I actually live here. I've lived here since 2009 with my mom and then moved around the block and got my own place. Now my husband and my son live here. I honestly don't have complaints other than getting letters over hearsay and petty things neighbors may complain about or report. This place cares more about image than anything. However, none of what was said was true. They don't allow dogs, cats or any pets except a goldfish here. They've fixed so far everything I requested other than the door. It's cheaper than most places and its a good location (other than the fact Taylor Public schools are terrible). The issue is the Westminster Apartments located right next to the cooperative. There's usually some drama and drug related things occurring over there. Most incidents that occur are because of something that happened over there. Other than that, no complaints really.
