St Constance Church

This is our family church. Father Leo is amazing!

I was out of work, a single parent, and no family for Thanksgiving. I called and was put through to the parish priest who welcomed us with such warmth. For a few years, I called this same priest for prayer when life became unbearable. He was so loving as was the staff at St. Constance.

Father Leo is the best! The congregation is very nice and welcoming. Father Leo is definitely a cut above the rest. He cares about everyone and does not judge like a lot of strict Catholics do. This is what makes me come back-he does

If you’re looking for a more intimate sized Catholic Church, this might be the one. I was impressed by what they have done with this small church in the middle of a neighborhood. Built in 1966, it has the 60-70s stained glass, but they also have vines with leaves over the beautifully lit baptismal fountain. I attended for a funeral but I noticed they had a class going with numerous children in a side room. They are collecting for the needy and are involved with another church in making sleeping mats out of plastic bags for the homeless. There is a gathering room with an attached kitchen on the side where one could have a medium sized get together. the church itself is quite open with many beautiful details. My only issue is the placement of the saint on the altar area. It blocks they view of the lectern if you sit on the far left. I couldn’t take away a star for that though. It’s clearly a great church. In every pew they have a special prayer for peace. Clearly, it’s something they pray for often. There’s a picture of it below if you are interested.

A wonderful parish that has always made me feel like I am part of the family. Fr. Dariusz is a great Priest very welcoming. Things for all the family and a parish festival every father's day weekend that has something for everyone. Come see us!!!
