First off; the only reason I come to get service here is because of Chris Hamilton. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond for me with my car. I was waiting for a part for a while and Chris always kept me up to date on the progress. When I dropped my car, they fixed the problem super fast and also lent me a loaner car for free. I also had the pleasure to meet an Andrew V. He was also a service advisor. Helped me get into a rental car fast and made sure I had an ice scraper just in case. What great guys. I will always be back because their kindness. Thank you Chris and Andrew!!!
My salesman, Raffi Jacob, is a very knowledgeable, proficient salesman. I explained to him exactly what I could afford in leasing a new car (car payments) and the type of car I wanted. He came thru with flying colors. I was able to get a beautiful car with an excellent monthly note. Mr. Jacob was very patient with me with all the questions I asked. His mannerism enabled me to feel comfortable expessing my concerns with acquiring a new lease car. I wasn't expecting to purchase a new lease in one day. All paperwork was completed in one day! I will truly recommend Mr. Jacob at Moran Buick as the salesperson to visit for an excellent car deal.
I was going out of town the next day and I needed to get my tires rotated. I called Chris Hamilton and he was able to accommodate me on the day that I called. I didn't have a long wait and I was very satisfied. I will continue to use this location because all of the staff are friendly and the service is quick and efficient!
Nate was very helpful and accommodating! This was the first time I have ever purchased a new car. It was nerve racking and exciting! Nate was great through the whole process and very responsive to any questions we had. He was also very helpful when it came to setting up all the new technology features in my car.
Great service. I've only had to visit a few times, but each time they provide VIP service. If I ever go and they don't provide it, I'll be disappointed. Chris in Service is awesome! They thoroughly explain estimate and it's never too bad for dealership costs, but I also have a great warranty.
