Best Holiday Inn Express we have stayed! The breakfast was great, food areas were clean and the food prep crew members were super nice! Additionally, the rooms were super clean and the front desk clerk was thorough.

Very nice rooms! Large with a lot of room to store luggage and not be stepping all over things. Closet had the hanging rack bar down way to low to be effective. A lot of wasted space. Plus the safe is in the closet which takes up a lot of the room needed in an already cramped space.

I had to travel in from pretty far out of state for an urgent family matter. It was easy to book, the staff was friendly and extremely accommodating, the rooms were extremely quiet, the blackout shades were great, and the breakfast was really a life saver! Cannot express how grateful I am to how well things went at this Hotel, my stay there really helped alleviate a lot of stress.

It appears to be a newer hotel. Well laid out and has curb appeal. Greeting / check in quick and easy. Front desk agent was friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel is clean, room spacious and clean. Linens were good and bed comfortable.

We had originally scheduled a stay here for one night and due to unforseen circumstances we ended up staying 8 nights. 99% of the staff were AMAZING. The staff, all the women who worked during the day, housekeeping, breakfast area everyone, were wonderful.They were so helpful and their customer service was outstanding. All except one gentleman who worked the desk in the morning. For reasons unknown This one gentleman continually gave me a hard time about my service dog. He insisted that I use the side or back door. Not only did that not make sense seeing as how the elevator is by the front door and going in the side meant walking my service dog half way across the hotel to get to the elevator, handicap parking is at the front which also meant walking halfway around the building(sidewalks were covered in ice)but the entire rest of the staff knew that they were having problems with the card access,half the time it did not work. Another member of the staff, a younger guy who worked at night told us that they were aware of the problem but unfortunately there maintenance man had been injured.
As a traveling tradesmen my husband spends 45 weeks a year in hotels many of which are IHG brand(holiday inn express is his go too) and he made mention more than once that the staff at this particular Holiday Inn express were great. What was an extremely difficult time for my family (This was not a work related stay nor a vacation)was made quite a bit easier thanks to The staff.
Thank you to everyone who went above and beyond to made things easier. It was/is greatly appreciated.

Knee was super friendly and gentle. He eased my mind and I barely felt the piercings at all. Great experience overall. I was so nervous at first.

Dan was a great tattoo artist! He was cracking jokes, and made me feel so comfortable!! And I absolutely LOVE my tattoo!

Wonderful experience. Very clean environment, super friendly staff as well. Gabbi was super nice and did a great job.
