A relative of mine had their Dad at Caring Heights. When he arrived, he was declining. After two weeks there he was thriving and it was clear that the right environment makes all the difference. I also love their caring staff, especially Quiana, their social worker, who works tirelessly to ensure the residents get exactly what they need! It's nice to know that in todays world, there really are some amazing people who care!

The staff at Caring Heights was very kind and compassionate towards my father. They treated with him with the dignity and respect that he deserved. Jane, the activities director, often went above and beyond to communicate with the family about his daily activities and well-being. You can tell that the staff truly cares for their residents as well as their families. Since all rooms at this facility are ground level, it was possible for us to visit at any time through a window visit. The staff was always accommodating to this which allowed us to see him during this difficult time of COVID.

As the Dietary Director at Caring Heights for over a year, I have been very impressed with the team of professionals that I work with and the family atmosphere that is within the facility. The residents are the reason I come back every day. They have so many heartfelt stories and experiences that they share. I enjoy serving them everyday and love working at the facility. Saber Healthcare has been very instrumental in providing the tools we need. During the pandemic, Saber and our team have been phenomenal and are true super heroes! I honestly could say that if I was in need of a nursing facility for rehab or long term care for one of my own family members I would choose Caring Heights. I am very proud to say that I work at this facility and have been given the honor of working to make the lives of the residents better. The smiles on the residents faces could tell a million stories.

I have been a rehab resident for a month, and am extremely impressed with this facility. From the beautiful decor, cleanliness, activities, to the knowledgeable and caring nursing staff and aid staff. I am extremely impressed with the OT/PT team. The progress that I have made in the time that I have worked with this team is simply amazing. I was transferred to Caring Heights from a well-known hospital rehab facility, and the OT/PT team at Caring Heights is far superior. Each and every team member is very knowledgeable and is dedicated to wanting the patient to succeed. I am very happy with this facility and the entire staff

They do a good job

The guys here are great, the monthly unlimited packages are affordable and the new free vacuums are the best around. Best car wash downriver!!!

This carwash is the best in town, and the new vacuums are for free! The prices are amazing for the quality you get. They have won me over with their excellent service. 10/10.
