AT&T Store

The two in the store were really kind and courteous. Helped me with all my questions while working on the best deal for me as well. And didn't just try to sale me on the most expensive things (although thats what I got mostly).

I went into the store on the verge of tears from the frustration of being hung up on by customer service. Jonathan was extremely helpful with the several issues I had going on. Not only did he help me link my accounts and go over my bill with me explaining every detail, he also was very nice and patient with my children. I was going to completely cancel my AT&T services until Jonathan helped me with my frustration. Thank you so much for being so kind!

So my dad popped in one day seeing that we need a upgrade badly, so he talk to John and he got a plan all setup for him, we came back to get the phone we got to instantly sit down and got right to helping us set up our new phones answered all our questions, the service it’s self or(company) had problem with our account and fraud someone had a account added on without my dads knowledge and John helped us right away with it and got it taken care of. It took some time but he had plenty of patience with us and even gave us water bottles while we were there very satisfied with his help.

Store associates were very helpful, unfortunately;. No stock in what I needed???
