“I used this business for the 1st time recently and was satisfied with the service. It was recommended to me by a friend. I booked my parking time on their website. Helpful info: When you arrive, 1st drive directly to the rear of the building and drive your vehicle into any open parking spot. Remember your license plate # before walking your luggage into the office behind automatic sliding glass doors. They check you in there and give you a ticket #. Best part is dropping off and picking up your vehicle inside the building. Weather in Michigan is not a factor here! Remember to call them for your return shuttle from the entry gate and have your ticket # ready to tell them. I called them after getting off the plane and I had just carry on luggage. I only waited about 10 minutes for the shuttle van (not a mini bus) at the shuttle area outside. I was not waiting alone at 12:00am. I will use this service next time.”

I came in only for some sage sticks and walked out with a bag full of goodies… The lady that worked there I forgot her name, she didn’t look her age but she said she had 3 grandkids and spoke highly of them when we were talk and I complemented her. Anyways she took care of me and was able to answer all my questions regarding tarot cards and whats a good book to read. I definitely plan on going back.”

“EXCELLENT customer service! Easy online payment portal. Friendly reminders when time to pay. Has auto pay available. Excellent location! Storage unit was clean(NO BUGS) and facility is simple and functional. Lots of maneuvering space unlike the over crowded driving and maneuvering areas in other facilities around this area. Customer Service is off site but is fast to respond to any calls, etc. They have been helpful and great. Only issues are pretty minor: 1) HUGE pothole right at entrance that is very hard to miss as you try to enter or exit. It is so deep and large that it can do some very real damage. Has been a year and not repaired. 2) Unit had holes in walls and part of unit internal ceiling (not the actual roof of the building) is falling in. These are cosmetic issues only and they do not appear to allow any rail, etc into the unit. The repairs from before we rented the unit were not well done and are literally falling off in the heat and humidity we have around here. We have been very happy so far with our unit and the customer service.”
