Dr. Jonathan Lovy

My mom is a recent, new patient of Dr. Lovy's and I have to say we have been so impressed with the service she's had these first few weeks that we are going to move our entire family of 7 over to this medical practice. Every person we have encountered at this office has extended wonderful & kind customer service. Dr. Lovy himself is one impressive doctor. He takes extreme care in listening and talking about all concerns and he is full of empathy. Clearly he is focused on the best interests of his patients. He is extremely knowledgeable and we've already developed a serious sense of trust in his abilities. Amy who works at the desk up front has also demonstrated incredible compassion and friendliness. My mother has been so very sick when we've visited the office and one time was in a wheelchair and it was cold and very rainy out. When we left the office, Amy assisted us to the car - holding an umbrella over our heads to try to keep us dry until I could get mom into the car and her equipment in the back. Unbelievable heart! Another time my mom was feeling very nauseated and Amy made sure someone knew, got water for my mother, kept checking on her... It was amazing. This place seems to be a true answer to prayer - great care and service from people full of heart. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

My husband and I are both patients. We followed Dr. Lovy when he moved to this location. We have since referred our parents and siblings. The entire staff is wonderful. Dr. Lovy is so thorough and always explains and follows up on everything. The office staff goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need for referrals, specialists, and our sometimes difficult insurance. They are always so friendly and sympathetic. I recently referred my adult son which is the ultimate vote of confidence.
