In a day of shopping here, I got some fab finds, including a suit that needed zero tailoring except for pant hemming, at Nordstrom, Mango, and Zara. I am gonna be the most stylish person in the Sacramento Valley on my job interviews. Now... I just need someone to actually call and offer me an interview!

Dr. Sprague performed surgery on my shoulders (both) in 1994 and 1995. He did an excellent job. My dad later went and used Dr. Sprague as well. It is now 23 years later and I'm just now needing surgery again on my right shoulder due to a fall. He told me then my shoulder may only last 20 years but it was because of my strenuous job. My father is now in his 80s but never needed shoulder surgery again. I'm absolutely going to use Dr. Sprague again. I was so happy he was still practicing. Big relief! I totally recommend him.

Dr. Sprague replaced my left knee about five years ago and will soon be replacing my right one. I had a great experience - 100% satisfaction with the results. His team is efficient and thorough. It was amazing how quickly they got me back to my normal routine. Can't thank him enough or recommend him more strongly.
