Nina is HANDS DOWN the best agent I’ve ever worked with. I have a history of traffic tickets that ultimately eventually affected my ability to afford car insurance. I was paying more per month on car insurance than I was paying in rent. I briefly contemplated just driving around without insurance at all, but I knew that wasn’t a legitimate option. Nina was my last stop. I swore I was done hunting for the day. And I was right - because Nina made sure I got exactly what I needed for the perfect price to match my budget. Nina was very helpful with my insurance needs. I have been having so much trouble with All State and decided to give this office a call. Nina made the process very simple and she was able to get me a huge savings! From the moment I walked in she was very polite and was patient with me even though I was not prepared. Thank you Nina!! I usually refrain from making Google reviews, but I had such an exceptional experience at this location, I feel urgently inclined to share this with the rest of the world. I only came in for a quote, as my current insurance is due to expire in a few months. Nina was my designated agent, and I must say, her customer service was beyond exemplary. Not only did she provide me with the best quote possible for my car insurance, she also took care of me as if I was already a customer. Toward the end of my visit, I casually mentioned that I needed to head out because I had some documents I needed to take to FedEx Kinkos to make copies of for the Secretary of State, and Nina insisted that she make the copies for me at no charge. This was a favor she didn’t even have to offer me, and I am so grateful that she saved me the time, money, and gas mileage. Needless to say, I will be leaving State Farm and purchasing my new insurance policy from Nina at this LA Insurance!! At my age, the process of finding and purchasing good quality insurance from respectful, knowledgeable agents is nothing short of a chore. Nina took this heavy burden off my shoulders! I am looking forward to working with her again very soon!
