Have never had a problem that I couldn't sort out with the help of the folks over at Bernie's.

Whether its pulling out the ole mercury slides to figure out what parts I need for an older motor (and then ordering it for same week pickup) to letting me know what the common problems are for each of the motors I've owned and how to avoid them, the difference has been in the service.

Pricing has always been great to good, and product availability is next to none (if they can find it, they can get it for you).

Can't say enough good things about the knowledge, quality of service and experiences that I have had at Bernie's. I have worked on a 1983 Mercury outboard over the years, gotten parts for a 2004 Optimax, a 2005 Yamaha HPDI, gotten solid advice and supplies for all of the motors and always with a smile and the best intentions!

Five stars aren't enough!

First time going to Bernies. I was a little skeptical pulling in and walking around the shop. Appearance, cleanliness and organization are not at the top of their priority chart. But don't let that fool you!
