Dr Parks have been my doctor since i was 16. Im now 46. She was like an aunt to me. She will tell you about yourself hunny. Thats why I love her so so much. She is very serious down to earth, most caring, and just as loving as she can be. She delivered 9 of my children and finally tied my tubes in 2008. She is the very best at what she does and knows. I have a fairly rare auto- immune disorder called lichen sclerosis that causes incredible pain with sex, and scarring of the entire ano-genital area. I had been seen several times by my primary care md, who re-assured me NOTHING was wrong. Finally, I began bleeding each time I used the restroom. The pain was excruciating. I asked for a referral to Dr. Parks because I had heard her name from another colleague.
I was able to get in right away. She knew exactly what I had, that it was auto-immune (I have SLE, so I have lots of auto-immune issues), and she saw some pre-cancerous lesions she sent off right away to be biopsied. Throughout it all, she kept me informed and comfortable. Her technique was flawless and relatively painless. I couldn't have asked for a betted gynecologist. I would recommend Dr. Parks to anyone.😊
