(September 17, 2022, 9:46 pm)Overall, had a positive experience living here for 2 years. They raised the rent ~30% in 2022 so I had to move, but it is a nice complex in a great area. Biggest negative is they switched the payment process multiple times and would charge a late fee when the automatic payment glitched due to changes they made. The management office is not very responsive and rarely responds to emails. Grounds and pool are well kept.
(August 4, 2021, 8:48 am)Not only the physical part of the forms done very well they also go into the spiritual side of taichi. Also the instructor is very well informed about the history of taichi. All levels of physical abilities and experienced in the arts are welcome
