I have to say, over all I have had a pretty good experience having a storage unit here.

I had an issue with my credit card and called customer service and left a message to have some one call me to help get it straightened out.

Lisa called me back, and was amazing.

She was kind, witty, and very helpful. She listened to the issue and quickly came up with a solution and had it all fixed up in no time.

It was really refreshing to experience such great customer service, as that seems to be few and far between these days!
