We went to this Chili's for my daughters 21st Birthday with a large party of 16. They were only going to allow 1 bill which is completely ridiculous I spoke to the manager Shawn and he compromised with us. Riley was our server and she was amazing! She was so patient with us and definitely on top of it! Her customer service was absolutely AWESOME!!!!! She is an asset to this establishment. We did get the first waitress who was very rude when telling us we could only have one bill. She had no customer service skills what so ever! She has no business working with the public! Overall we really had a terrific experience. The food was delicious, hot and fresh. They were short staffed but we got our food very quickly. I must say all in all this was a good experience. A big thank you to Riley and Shawn for making this a terrific night for my family and friends.

The food was good, although we ordered a side and it never was delivered to our table. The waitress was ok and attentive.

I found them when I was searching for a plumber for a pretty urgent issue. The branch line that runs from the top floor of our house all the way down to the main sewage line had cracked and we were not able to use any of the sinks or showers until it was repaired. I called them and spoke with plumber, who immediately answered and offered to come check out the problem and give a free estimate. He came exactly when he said he was, gave us a price that was extremely fair, completed the work very quickly and was in communication with me throughout the day while I was at work, even providing pictures of what needed to be done and giving me different options to help keep costs under control, which is always awesome!
