Good workers! Licensed & Insured! Russell & Dan are cousins running a family business (they even have another family member name Josh that works with them but mostly works on projects for clients). They are really nice people. They keep up with phone calls & texts messages all throughout the day, every day of the week. Nice & convient. Shows they really care about their clients. (Unlike other contractors, I waited several days for someone to get back with me. Which is rude & shows they do not want our business.) Dan even showed up at Lowe's when we were buying a new tub for our bathroom remodel, went back to our house with my husband & help him looked at drain piping & did measurements to make sure our new tub will fit. He even followed us back to our home & help my husband with carrying the new bathtub into our garage for storage. They go above & beyond for their clients.
"This Guy" did the best estimate for our bathroom remodel, as close to our budget, than anyone else around. (We shopped.) They scheduled us like 2-3 weeks out. (We got in right before Labor Day weekend.) They don't waste your time at all.
They gutted out everything, & did more for the price. They installed all of our fixtures (like towel bar, hand towel bar & toilet paper handle), put in our tub, attach the vanity & toilet, & did our vanity light & mirror at no extra costs.
We really like Mark, Werner, Brandon (Mark's son) &, a different, Dan (the plumber that works under Mark). They ALL are GREAT! They are the contractors under "This Guy". Are "Down to Earth" men. Friends. Respectful. Werner even takes off his shoes when walking on bare floors; highly respectful. Kind men & courteous. They know what they are doing. Professional. Professional opinion all throughout the project. Mark's been doing remodeling for years. Him & his men work really hard, & take such care & pride in their work. They want to do a good job on any thing they do, & will not feel right leaving us with any thing less. Top notch. We had flaws within our bathroom walls (from the original contractors), & they worked as hard & as much as they could to really minimize the hump & slants in them. We really appreciate it & you cannot hardly tell. We also did a white subway tile with white grout. Which also hides all the imperfections. Mark was really good at given us his professional opinion on the matter & others. (Originally I really wanted to do a warm gray grout with the white subway tile.) I learned through this experience that no matter what, do not keep a hold of every expectation & thought of a dream for something; especially when it comes to a room being remodel within in your home (bathroom, kitchen & etc.) When you get a professional opinion from a contractor who really knows what he is doing, you learn to give a listening ear & see it from their perspective; him & his team. Secondly, Mark gave his professional opinion when I couldn't find a bullnose tile to match my subway tile for my shower surround, (he seen me getting upset as a housewife & quickly kindle the fire) he suggested doing a schulter. He showed me how it will work & it turned out beautiful! He wanted to make sure when my bathroom remodel was complete that it looked finished & of good quality. Thirdly, instead of buying the bullnose tile, or doing another type of base board for the floor, Mark made customize tiles for a base board all along the walls with the remainder of our gray floor tiles. My bathroom turned out even more beautiful with the customize work Mark done! He also talked to us about purchasing another window sill (a white marble threshold works). He customized it with ears. He helps you with the "not thought about" extras when it comes to remodeling. Finally, he helped give us cleaning tips for the grout haze. Him & Werner are great coworkers, & are patient. Cleanest contractors around. They clean up, vacuum & all before they leave. Their whole team is great! Cannot wait 'til the next project! Especially with this team! They treat us like family!
