Riverside Kayak Connection

This shop is a gem. Laura is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. We came in with some ideas about kayak lengths, design, etc. Laura listened to our ultimate goals and helped us find the right kayaks for our needs. There was no sales pressure. There was an obvious passion for kayaking and helping people grow in their boating knowledge. I would recommend this shop to anyone and will return again for any boating or accessory needs!

This was the only place in a 50 mile radius that had the kayak i wanted! Definitely a great selection! The owner is incredibly kind and extremely helpful!!

My mom and I went on the Detroit Historical Canals Tour over Father's Day weekend and had a great time. Izzy and Mac were super knowledgable and just great people all around. We will definitely be back to kayak with them again!

What a great experience! Izzy was our guide. He was so nice, professional, and helpful! We have never kayaked on the river and are 'beginners'. He knew just what to do to help us! The tour was awesome! And for our friends who had to cancel 2 days before the event Riverside was understanding and easy to work with! Highly recommend! And we will be back!

We had a great time on our kayak tour with Riverside Kayak Connection. The guides were very knowledgeable , and the canals off the Detroit river are amazing.
