Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ross! When my mother relocated to OK from out of state, I selected Dr. Ross because I wanted my mother within the Mercy Health Care System, and I wanted a gerontologist overseeing her care. Initially, we were told Dr Ross wasn't taking new patients, but thankfully we did end up getting my mother in with her. She's extremely kind and really listens to her patients, but she's also firm about setting goals and is willing to have the difficult conversations (ie weight loss, sugar control, exercise etc [basic lifestyle issues]). I'd change to her in a heartbeat if I could (but I'm not old enough). Kind, thorough, compassionate, skilled. Everything you could want in a physician. Also, extremely responsive to questions through the portal.

Heather went above and beyond to make sure I could get in contact with the insurance company and got me checked in quickly and efficiently

Danny was GREAT!!! Facilitated a quick and accurate diagnoses by administering tests, examination and very knowledgeable. His personality was welcoming and made my husband (who's no fan of doctors lol) say, "This was a good experience... I won't hesitate to go next time". I was with him via FaceTime and was very impressed!

Very clean facility with fast and friendly staff. My son had an allergic reaction to a bug bite where his face swelled up and they got us back right away. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and processed everything quickly for being a first time patient. The doctor was also super nice. She was great with my son, showing a tremendous amount of patience for a 5 year old who fears doctors. She got him some medicine right away and made sure he was feeling better before we left.

Definitely recommend this place to anyone who has kids that need to be seen.
