My hand-me-down van is old and was neglected for several years. Charlie was thorough and professional. He addressed problems in an orderly manner, refraining from doing further work until his previous step justified the expense. I felt like he was treated my van as if it was his own.

When I pulled in just to set up an appointment for a new alternator, the gentleman, Charlie, told me it would take 20 minutes or so to do the diagnostic testing right then and there. He was very informative and professional. What I thought might be several hundred dollars became a fraction of that. Charlie was honest and up front. I will be returning for any future work on my car, and so should you! This guy is a keeper!

Very easy to work with. Didn’t know where a fluid leak was coming from. Took the car in late in the day and he gave me a call early next morning. Got the labor done in a day. No complaints here.

Charlie at E-z tech pulled off a miracle repair for us over the holidays. My son was heading back to school in Boston and the day before he was scheduled to leave his Charger sprung a coolant leak. So we took it EZ arounnd 1pm and by 9am the next day not only did he fix the leak but also front ball joints that were unsafe for the long drive. And he did all for a great price. I would definitely recommend EZ for any auto repairs.
