Wyandotte Police Department

Had a great experience at the Wyandotte Police Department today. We got to tour of the station and learned a bit about the "behind the scenes" activities. Makes you really appreciate the work that these officers, dispatchers, and office staff do. Thanks for keeping Wyandotte a safe place WPD! Special thank you to Deputy Chief Hamilton for the tour and information he shared.

Improper plate ticket and a tow can’t afford. My own fault. Better to have no plate then the wrong plate, even if it’s my plate. Had an appointment the 17th at sos. I know she was just doing her job. My apologies for being rude, just upsetting and expensive.

All of my dealing(s) with Wyandotte Police Department have been outstanding. They had to deliver bad news, in which they were kind and sensitive, they helped me find my daughter when she was lost in a crowd, and if you follow them online, you can see and hear about what they do to put so many really bad criminals away, on a fairly regular basis.
Very grateful for our police department.

To the gentleman that answered my 911 call today, you are amazing. I had called 911 because my mother needed an ambulance, but since she was still in my car we figured I'd get to the ER faster since it was around the corner. So he took my car description and said they'd be waiting for me at the ER.

Next thing I knew I had wyndotte pd around me and they escorted us to the hospital. Thank you all very much for making a stressful situation easier.
