“Great food, service and location. Located in downtown Wyandotte with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. Host of many events throughout the year and weeks, Whiskeys on the Water is always a great choice when looking for great atmosphere, food and a good time. Plenty of parking available in their lot in the back or on the street in front. Service is fast, friendly and attentive. Restaurant is two levels very well kept and clean. Recommend!”

“First visit tonight! Some of these reviews are rough but we had a great experience! We had a super good server “Andy” would ask for him anytime. He was very attentive, very helpful, very kind and just all around pleasant. Prices are not cheap but I would say they are average comparatively especially in this economy. The food was really good and I’m super fussy. I had the green enchiladas and they were flavorful and not at all dry.The shredded Chicken was chicken breast and that’s all I eat so it was perfect . They accommodated my eating habits by leaving things off tomatoes and giving me double rice. The portion size of the dinners where large. I could eat off my meal 3 times. Salsa cups are kind of small but they happily brought me a refill. Tortillas where fresh and not store bought. We will be back and I’m hoping that our experience is the usual and that the nasty reviews are just dramatic. Based on tonight I wish we would have checked them out sooner.”

“My 2017 Nissan Rogue had been making a steam engine noise, originating from the front left, followed by a deep groan coming from the back right. As a single woman newly relocated to Downriver and as a traveling professional with a non-traditional schedule, it is difficult to coordinate appointments in advance. I called around to several local auto shops, anticipating a day off the following day. I was met with abrupt responses and some denying that i could get my car to be evaluated any earlier than several weeks later. When I called Dan’s Auto Repair, Preston was an immediate source of comfort. His voice warm, caring and he took time to explain potential outcomes and timelines with me in a simplified manner, as I have little expertise with cars. He invited me to bring my vehicle the next morning and was very friendly when I arrived. He called me shortly after I left and gave me a full explanation of the diagnosis and recommendation. He not only shared the details for having my break pads and rotares replaced, he reassured me of the proper condition of all other parts to my car. I felt that, even in my lack of wisdom, I could trust his decisions and advice. Preston and his team had my car ready several hours later and I feel at ease knowing my car operates and sounds smooth and strong. I cannot stress enough how much anxiety I encounter when I know I have to hold my own against car shop staff who can obviously see my despair and delinquent understanding of auto mechanics. But having someone like Preston guide me and communicate with me with such a sense of personalized investment made an outstanding difference for me! “After searching for a contractor we choose KDI, we signed the contract on 5-21-21 and the job was complete on 7-18-22. During the wait Kathleen was able to help us with the design and provided layout plans and renderenings of the kitchen, she was very helpful. Jeff our salesman proved to be helpful along the way whenever I couldn't reach anyone at KDI I relied on Jeff. We had several installers throught the process Greg, Billy, Bob and Rich the project manager. All of them helped to complete the job. Although the project took a long time we ended up with the design, materials and installation we anticipated and are very satisfied with the results. Tip, stay in contact with your salesman, ours was Jeff.”
