I typically try to avoid this place when the loud, grouchy, vulgar attendant is there. If I absolutely have to wash on the days she's there, I go further down to the road to another business. He just used his hoses and mopped it up. I was so impressed with his caring and helpful attitude I asked if he could clean the whole rug. He was so amazing. I will take his recommendations and be a customer yearly to make sure our carpets last.”
