They get their beans from a local roaster about 5min away in Holly Springs which I really respect and it’s part coffee shop part gift boutique. We "found" Bonnie through other listings in our neighborhood and when we contacted her she responded immediately, came prepared at our first meeting, suggested home improvements and staging (admittedly I was skeptical but just go with what she says!) and was extremely prompt with documents and answering questions. She also has a great network of resources for painting, handyman, roofers, etc. Most important she is a great communicator and always a positive and encouraging voice during what can be a stressful time. Food was hot when it arrived, about 30 minutes after ordering through their website. The chicken was juicy and you can’t go wrong with their mashed potatoes. I put them in a preheated cast iron skillet for 5 minutes. Sprinkled them with the seasoning packets they provided. (After removing from oven) I swear they tasted like they just came out of the fryer. Nice portion size. I ordered my burger on a brioche bun. Held up great! No mush at all.
