“I had to go to this location for my passport needs and it was a lengthy wait. However Ms. Cynthia was kind, swift and incredibly helpful. She made the experience worth the wait and if I ever have to go back to the post office I will try to get Cynthia. She’s truly a person who enjoys her job and helping others. This location was also clean, quiet and they have self service kiosk if you don’t want to wait in line for certain needs.”

“Update... As of today the State of Michigan had already processed my return and I can say this post office has always made sure my rent made it before this issue. I am convinced it is not their fault because my taxes was sent the same day as my rent payment. Old Issue: I am not sure what is going on, yet last month between the 18th (of April 2021) and the 20th I dropped envelopes off in one of the blue boxes in the driveway. Well the one of the envelopes to my landlord business address never made it there. Also I sent my taxes forms to the state & have to wait to see if the received them. I am shocked something is missing from the box at the post office. And one was only going to Livonia the other the state tax PO box.”
