“We lived for around 6 months there and loved the apartment. Kitchen space is quite small but other than that apt is quite spacious. The maintenance team is great. Alexis helped us for our move in and helped with all the formalities for our move out. Let’s say both went very smoothly(we did get our complete security deposit). The location is also quite good. You could find Walmart, dollar tree, family dollar, restaurants all very close.”

Well maintained and landscaped. Apartments seem to be recently renovated. Nearby roads can use some work. Staff is efficient and professional. Better to reach out in advance if interested as there can be a wait list particularly if looking for a lake view. They offer 1 or 2 bedroom apartments ranging in the 900-1000 square feet which are slightly larger than average offerings for the price range.”
