“Whoever the young man in pharmacy is - he needs a raise. I have been in tears trying to get antibiotics for my daughter because Walgreens closed early for an emergency we didn’t know about before we had her prescription sent. The urgent care we went too wouldn’t answer the phone or the door at 7:58 to help send it elsewhere and she’s been crying in pain for about 4 hours (tylenol and motrin aren’t even helping). He was the only one who was incredibly nice and showed concern and care. We will definitely be going to the kroger pharmacy from now on. Thank you.”

“I got to the pharmacy drive-thru and pressed the call button. I thought maybe I didn't fully press it the first time so I pressed it again. Nobody came to the window, but I could see them inside. I waited for what felt like 15 minutes while cars were lining up behind me and leaving. All the while I was complaining on the phone talking about how I was going to call their boss. When the woman did show up at the window she noticed that my dad was allergic to a certain medicine and the medicine that she was about to hand over could possibly cause an allergic reaction. I was on the phone with my parents going back and forth on whether we wanted the medicine or not. Ultimately, my dad wanted to take it. They took their time with me, and they did not show any frustration even though it was a frustrating situation. Therefore, they redeemed themselves. I take away one star because it would have been more professional for them to acknowledge the fact that I was there while I was waiting. Other than that, they calmed the beast that was emerging.”

“I gave birth here April 2015 and it was truly a great experience. Not quite sure why some reviews are saying the CCN nurses were horrible because my own son had to stay there for 3 weeks while I was at home and they were nothing but helpful. They allowed me to visit whenever I wanted, even at 1am, and answered all my questions and phone calls regardless of when I called. They took amazing care of my baby boy. I loved them so much I even made a whole basket of goodie bags for them. I felt at home with my bed side nurses as well. It was my first time truly staying at a hospital and they all have helped me through it with grace. Thank you Huron Valley Staff! :)”

“I came to Wyandotte Pharmacy when the local CVS closed because of the Pharmacist Alka. She literally has saved me from a drug interaction back years ago when she worked at CVS. After the local CVS closed I searched out to find where she went, then followed her to Wyandotte Pharmacy. You will never find a more committed Pharmacist. She is kind, caring and extremely thorough. She has been my pharmacist now for over seven years and I would drive to go where she works, lucky for me she works at Wyandotte Pharmacy which is right in my neighborhood! Truly, the owners scored when they hired her. I have let many people know that this is a wonderful location. Now that I have been here for a few months I now have come to care for the other staff members just as I have for her. I have found the team at WP to be a wonderful group of people! Drive up path is small so hopefully when you go, there is no long line because it can be frustrating where the line starts. Other than that, it’s great.”

He's has helped me understand my medications, interactions, and has assisted me with script issues. Shortened hours and lack of staff continuity can cause problems, though. Kroger needs to treat their employees better so they want to stay.”
