Our flight from Grenada has been delayed (one night) and cancelled (a second night) and Mary Jane knew exactly who to call at Sandals to get us a room there both nights, unlike most of the other Sandals guests on our flight. She spent time in the phone with the airline and Sandals making sure we have seats in the right class to get home. This is after a wonderful trip. Mary Jane made sure we had the perfect room for celebrating our anniversary. “Wow. What a great vacation house!! This house had everything that we needed. A slide for the kids. Great places to be together and space to be alone too. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to make meals and the second kitchen made it even easier for two families to cook. The owners were great to work with and very helpful with responding to my constant calls. The beach area was great for the kids and the adults alike. We already booked again for next summer. You can tell the owners really care about their property and take great care of their home. So glad they shared their home with us. We cant wait to go back to create more fun memories!”

We love vacationing in condos vs. hotel rooms and every unit we've stayed in, except one, has been wonderful! Our one bad experience concerned a particular unit we were booked into, not the resort itself or the service from GVN. There is no way we could afford 2 or 3 weeks away in beautiful condos in gorgeous resort areas without GVN! Now that we're retired, we're looking forward to more frequent use of our membership!”
