Visited this clean and well laid out State Park on a sunny Friday in mid-March and did a hike looping the park. Good view points of the Green River. Soothing river rapids sounds. The southern portion of trail is a former road that is now like a nature trail. There is a about a 1/4 mile of good elevation section but the rest is pretty level. Be sure to take the .10 mile spur to the big rock which looked like an unmaintained trail but the rock is a very peaceful point with no crowds.

A real wild park with lots of corners and equipment (camping, barbecue...) in perfect condition. The river offers incredible views and the water quality is perfect. We can enjoy a perfect day with family by walking, swimming and watching wildlife in peace 😊

Beautiful location, campsites were nicely sized. Will definitely be camping here again. The kids had a lot of fun with all the different places to swim and walk. Lots to see here

Beautiful state park not far from Kent/Covington area with scenic river views. The hike along the river was breathtaking! There's areas for camping, picnics, bathrooms, etc. Highly recommend coming here. I believe you need a state pass which is sold at the entrance
