We bought a lake place on Lake Johanna and the built in double oven was not working. Because the kitchen cabinets were custom, it was going to be a very precise project. However, all new ovens were larger than the space provided for. Kevin and Sumner homes worked with us and their team partners to provide a plan to put a full oven in another part of the kitchen and then build a cabinet for a microwave and wine cooler where the oven was. The whole project required creativity, remodeling expertise, much electrical work,etc. Kevin was great to work with and Sumner Homes team was excellent. Follow-up was great...glitches addressed quickly and it all turned out perfect! We love the new look and it is now so much more functional kitchen! We will refer them anytime and will contract with them on any of our vacation home project in the future!

Sumner Homes should be your go to contractor for any job you need done. We met Kevin when we needed our kitchen cabinets taken down for a remodel. Met Sue when we inquired about having painting done. Sumner Homes helped complete the project that started with a kitchen remodel to redoing our entire main floor. One project snowballed into another and Sumner Homes was there for us every step of the way. Everything turned out beautiful and done with the utmost respect and timely manner.
