It isn't free, but you are getting high level training for a fraction of the price a personal trainer will charge you. If you have any issues their door is always open. In my 12 years of being apart of Andover National Karate, I've seen parents close the office door and talk with the team for 45 minutes. Sometimes just about life and how their kids are doing. Sometimes it's because money is tight. They will always work with you. Who does that! If I don't have money to pay a personal trainer, do you think they're going to train me? Nope.”
