Had a major steering repair done there. It did take a week to fix, and three months later the Sam problem happened. They did fix it again without charging me. The reason for 4 stars is that when they say they'll call you with a diagnosis, length of the repair, price, and when it's complete- they just simply won't. Communication with the customer is really a fight, in my experience.

If you're like me and it feels impossible to find a good auto shop, look no further. Honest and fast service at a great price. If I don't have the time or ability to do the work myself, I know I can trust Andy's to take care of everything while not breaking the bank.

We needed diagnostics run because multiple warning lights had come on. They gave us a generous discount as a new customer. They got us in and out promptly and were very prompt and courteous. We will go back!
