I purchased a new Kioti NX5510 HST Cab a few month back from Elite Lift, i worked with Stoyan on the sales side, my experience was great, he was very responsive to all questions, I've had a few minor issues with the machine, Darin (operations manager) was able to get all issues covered under warranty, they also came to my house to resolve the issues which i was very impressed with. I've had to order a few replacement parts for some of the attachments I purchase from them due to operator mistakes, Jeff in parts and service has been very helpful and quick to respond. Overall my experience to date has been excellent, if for any reason this changes i will update my post, but I would highly recommend purchasing from Elite Lift.

My brother, and I bought a KIOTI DK 6010 from Elite Lift Truck. Stoyan was our main contact. Stoyan went above, and beyond to make customer service a priority. My experience with this place surpassed my expectations. 100% would recommend them.
My experiences with these guys goes back a couple years to when the owner first met me on a very cold and snowy day in Nov to show me some tractor models. It was my first tractor purchase and I asked, and was asked a lot of questions to help me determine the right model based on my needs. Jim was patient with me for 4 months until I finally bought and at the end of the day it came down to their products being a lot of value for the money and how they do business. Jim still says hi to me when he sees me pop in for things from time to time.
My most recent experiences have been implement purchases and a third function kit that I chose to install myself. Instead of making a big deal about it and making me think that I really should pay them to do it, they sold me a great quality product that had a very seamless after market install. I'm sure the guys could tell based on my questions this wasn't exactly my area of expertise but I wanted to tackle it with my 18yo son as a project to do together. Without even asking and after I left, Darin in the service department took the time to send me some detailed schematics that would make the install easier. That is exceptional customer service!
An instance just came up that required a little troubleshooting and some spare parts needed and after a few phone calls and emails with Darin the problem was identified and he reached out to the manufacturer to get me what I needed. I am really happy with my equipment purchases from these guys, and what they say it true...the dealer you buy from matters. Looking forward to working with these guys for years to come.
