The Estates at Twin Rivers

Don’t let the appearance fool you. The building is old and not very inviting, But the staff are Amazing! My dad was very well cared for, and he loved it there. I’m not sure what their policy is, but I noticed several times that when my dad pressed his call button, any staff would come to see what he needed and if they couldn’t help him they would make sure to let the nursing staff know his needs. One time, an activities person came to him and another time it was a kitchen staff walking by. In today’s times of being short staffed, you can really see how they come together as a team to care for their residents.

My Mother is there now . I wasn’t sure about the place at first but after being there for a bit I like it . It’s not perfect it’s not fancy, however the staff is amazing. Rachael Lyndsey Mary Lou ect. So many more I can name .. The residents seemed content. It’s clean 🧼 kinda small but cozy .
