The manager Nicole was super helpful and friendly. Even though I didn’t book an appointment at the Anoka location, she helped me schedule at another location. She also helped me understand the Invisalign process a bit more. I truly appreciated her customer service and just helping relieve some stress:)

We've had great experiences here. All staff are very helpful, from scheduling to billing to Dr. O'Dell and the orthodontic assistants. My nine year old was nervous at first to go in by herself during Covid, but they made her feel comfortable and now she has no problem with it. We feel safe with their precautions and protocols. We text upon arrival and it works very well!

I was pleasantly surprised by our experience at Riverdale Family Orthodontics. From the moment I walked in, We felt welcomed and treated with care and respect. All of our questions were answered patiently and with detail that helped us understand and feel understood. In addition, the orthodontist made my 8 year old daughter feel very comfortable (a very much appreciated and uncommon quality).
