Mauer Main Chevrolet

So, I needed a recall addressed. Called the dealership. They sent me through a few switch board operators and then directed me to a voice-mail. I stated my case and then hung up. Thinking that I would never get a call back.
To my surprise I got a call back shortly after the voice-mail was sent. So thank you for your quick service.

Edit: Turns out free isn't what it use to be. Free to this company actually means 120 dollars. Not a big deal but when they tell you that GM will replace your vacuum pump at no charge to you. That should actually mean no charge to me. This is complete BS.

I brought my Impala in to be worked on after hitting a deer. These folks were FANTASTIC!! I couldn’t have asked for more. The work was done very quickly, I only needed a rental for a week. Trevor and Forest were amazing!! Thank you for your services. It’s hard to find companies that I fully trust, but Mauer delivers.

They did a quick and wonderful job. My only issue is that it seems that the price of the oil change keeps going up. The price used to be under $50 and then it was $65 just a couple months ago and then this time it was over $75. When I asked why the price is never the same or why it was so much higher this time, their only response is the cost of everything is going up. I don't understand as it does not add up. Their is the same amount of oil, the same filter and the same services. I used to come to Mauer because I thought the price was within my range and even willing to wait a little longer to get the great pricing, but now that the prices are rising it will save me time to go through a drive through service like valvoline, get done faster and pay the same price. Review your prices or create some sort of rewards program for repeat customers. I feel there is not appreciation for us repeat customers. The service was great! PRICE SUCKED!

Okay - this is a long one but it gave me a renewed hope in humanity. I started at Main Anoka, with my father-in-law, looking for a new electric car as we were involved in a hit and run (this is where I lost hope in humanity). Andy met with us and was absolutely transparent about the current state of buying a car (i.e. there is low inventory). I understood as the whole world is playing from behind. He tirelessly worked to help us find something. We worked out a time to come and pick it up. Low and behold, they surprised me (on my birthday - today) by decking out the car in birthday gear and a birthday gift. Typically, I hate my birthday and do not celebrate. Way more than anything I have EVER experienced. I can’t thank Andy and Mike (finance) enough for everything they did. I went back to school and shared my story with other educators and told them that’s where they must go if they are looking! In all seriousness, thank you Mike and Andy! The world needs more folks like you two.

I scheduled an appointment to view a specific vehicle and everything was ready when I arrived. Throughout the test drive he was able to quickly answer my questions and made sure it was the right car for me. Not once did I feel pressured!

After deciding to purchase, he demonstrated how to use all the new features and offered to answer any future questions via phone or in person.
