“I have been living here I believe since 2010. I absolutely love it here. It’s quiet, clean and the maintenance crew are quick to resolve your issues. The office always has some kind of activity going on to win stuff(and I have won a few times), ice cream truck, taco truck, cook-outs and so much more! I bought the fireplace xtrordinair, super happy with this, on the second year now and it puts out a lot of heat and works great, love the smart remote! Mike and team did a great job with installation, very clean and careful. I highly recommend visiting this store if looking for a insert to replace the wood hearth, what a difference it made! No more cold coming in!”
