After leaving the military I struggled a lot with my mental health dealing with issues and finding a purpose. Justin welcomed me to the gym with open arms and I never felt any judgment or pride as if anyone is better than another. It’s a place a mutual respect and understanding that I’ve been searching for and a place of purpose and reaching goals. I honestly feel this start to my journey is going to be a turning point in my life. I can’t say enough great things about this place and if you are on the fence or curious about what everything is about just call or go online and request a free class you have nothing to lose but an hour of your time. Get after it.
Fantastic coaches and trainers. Great for all levels of Muay Thai. Highly recommend!
Started at Prodigy after extended time off from BJJ. Great vibe here and I felt welcomed from the start by both instructors and students. The classes I’ve been taking are followed immediately by open mat with a lot of participation, which gives you the flexibility to do as much rolling as your schedule permits for the day. As an older player with some outside responsibilities, that flexibility is huge. Instruction is excellent -- they’ve got a great thing going at Prodigy!
I haven't been training for that long but from my short experience I can tell you that everyone in there is very friendly, they have great chemistry with one another, instructors with a great wealth of knowledge of the art, are very patient especially with newcomers, a fun and family like environment, lots of space to roll Matts look pretty good, I definitely recommend anyone who wants to learn jiu jitsu in a Good environment
I am completely new to martial arts and 44 years old. The instructors have been nothing short of excellent pushing me to learn in a way that is at my pace without making me feel like a failure. Everyone there makes you want to learn. Its hard work and a little intimidating, but once your in class, you forget about it and are driven to try harder by your own want to be better. They have spent extra time showing me the correct way to move when I have felt lost during classes and have never treated me like a burden. I truly can't thank them enough for the experience and am hopeful they will continue to be part of my long journey. Thanks very much to all that have pushed and helped me.
