Chris olson rocks! I googled Realtors is coon rapids area and chris pulled up. I called him and he answered right away and I told him what I was looking for and that I am a first time home buyer and didn't have a clue on how to even start to buy a home. He helped me every step of the way! He answered my million questions without getting annoyed or frustrated! I even had doubts of buying a home because I thought it was just a scary thing to do for only being 24 years old and he took his time and had so much patients with me. He was willing to work around my schedule and did everything thing that he could so that I was able to be in this amazing townhome! I am so grateful that I was able to find such an awesome, caring, smart guy to help me with my home buying process!
