I needed it quickly. I was hoping they could help me with getting shipped out that day with next day air so I could have it for Monday morning. I was able to make repairs to the machine on Tuesday using the new diagnostic tool. All in all it worked out. It has been great that they made it happen for me. Scan tools are hard to find everywhere but they were very thorough explaining why that was (manufacturer/chip delay) and how their process works when we placed our order. Due to my computer illiteracy I had some trouble installing the license software. Tech support was awesome, walked me through it, step by step and now we're up and running 100 percent!
