I can personally vouch for Connie as I've known her for a very long time. Her assistance with any issue is the real reason I stay a customer with State Farm. I have yet to ever meet with Tam (or see him), but if his staff is any indication of the quality work he does, then I'm sold. State Farm is a great company and prides itself on customer service, which has always been Top Notch in the Tam Chau work household.
