(May 24, 2021, 8:40 pm)Great service! It was getting close to closing on Saturday (I had to rush over from Crystal) I came in, asked for the phone I wanted and the associate got me set up in 10 minutes and got me on my way. Very very happy with the service.
(January 24, 2021, 11:12 pm)Friendly, professional service in-store. Cricket offers reasonable package options for a fair price compared to competitors. Silly there is a $25 activation fee in store but not online, and new customers have no option to choose your phone number other than area code. My daughter coincidentally and randomly was provided a number that was easy to memorize; so for that I am grateful, but would rather have a choice in picking a phone number. ...hence four stars and not five.
