Staff is great!
I love the different selection they have of dog toys, treats and some smaller companies you mat not have heard of. They have fair prices and a cool rewards program and the staff is great!

Very pleased with my experience today. Went in for something to clean up cat urine out of carpet, which as anyone knows is particularly troublesome. The attendant suggested a product to me, but found that the store was out of stock. I went out to another store, returning when they didn’t have the product either - but when I got back, the cashier had a new, better alternative that she had the good grace to look further into when I was away. Positive customer experience, for sure. Knowledgeable, and she was willing to help me further in the chance event that I came back!

I just recently discovered Chuck & Don’s, and I’m so impressed with the products they offer. Definitely prefer over PetSmart/Petco. Also, their staff are so friendly and helpful. I brought my 11 week old puppy in to practice socializing; he’s been going through a fear period where he’s very shy/scared of new people, so I was really happy the employees gave him some attention and helped him practice greeting new people! Great store!

This place has everything you need and want for your pet. I just got a new puppy and the food he was on was not the best for him . I went to Chuck and Don's and I was helped by the knowledgeable staff. They showed me what food is the best for my new friend. They also helped me find the best for treats and toys. I will definitely recommend this this place to my friends and family and I will be back. Thanks Chuck and Don's for the excellent experience.
