Called about an expired coupon I had received for an oil change, told me to bring it on in. Check engine light was on due to a thermostat so we scheduled that repair along with a flush and my vans been good to go since. Just had that good honest feel ya know, josh is not out to make a quick buck but rather establish a relationship of long term business

The owner, Josh, is a great guy. His mechanic/s are top notch. This business is run honestly, they don't try to rip you off or sell you repairs you don't need, they will explain everything to you and answer all your questions and they stand by their work. They have saved us thousands of dollars in repair costs on used vehicles because we take it to them 1st to look it over before we buy! I say my husband is handsome, not handy - so we are both thankful for the guys and exception service we get from Ideal Automotive!

After hearing about the great service that family members have received from Ideal, we decided to try them out. We were not disappointed! Had ALL fluids changed, new brakes, wipers, plugs, etc and are all set for winter. Work was done on time and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Ideal!
