“OK, so I thought my Physical Therapy experience would be more like a having a trainer at the gym...someone telling me to go faster, higher, etc. I have been pleasantly surprised that it is none of that. All exercises should be “breathable and repeatable” and that research shows more progress is made with that approach. I even got my shoulder and back massaged to loosen them up. Rachel is a good listener and loves her job. I highly recommend her!”

“Much better than some of the more corporate dental offices I've visited. Staff are consistently friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they're well balanced in educating patients but also having empathy and understanding. I would drive from far away to come here Update: Dr. Bebeau is the best dentist. When I had a crown placed I barely felt any pain at all because she took her time with numbing me up. She went out of her way to text me and check on me when things went south due to no fault of her own. She has helped me a bunch in taking my oral hygiene more seriously. She also referred me to and endodontist who was amazing.”

Recovering right now and things are going well. Physical Therapy to come when I'm able to apply pressure on my ankle. Has been a positive experience. “My children have gone to Optimize for a number of reasons. They attend the workout classes, have seen Abby for physical therapy and individual baseball lessons. Abby seriously is a jack of all trades. She is one of the best physical therapists we have worked with. The PT appointments are not just 15 minute appointments and then you do the work on your own. Abby worked close with my daughter to help her get back to play. She worked at strengthening to prevent her from reinjury. The private baseball lessons have been been extremely helpful. I have seen a big difference in my son’s fielding, hitting and confidence. Abby is great with the kids and they look forward to the days they have training at Optimize.”

“I absolutely love Build Your Game, it is a more skill based program which is nice. Combining boys and girls is also helpful and made me want to step it up as a hockey player and there are many very good boy and girl players who attend this program which is great help for others and they keep coming back so obviously it’s working. I love the duration of different activities, such as shooting and stick handling, to workout, to going on the ice and applying the skills we are learning. I think Dave is an amazing coach with a lot of knowledge to be shared and he does an excellent job at showing the players what he knows and how to apply it. The other coaches are also very approachable and have skills to be shared. I think this is an amazing program for any age or level of hockey.”
