This is a great store! The people are very friendly and I have never really had to wait on service nor have I had to stay there longer than needed while getting helped by the staff. I will go out of my way to go to this store since I have always had great experiences there.

Today I visited this location in an emergency where suddenly the port on my phone wasn't working to charge my LG k51. I had been warmly greeted and given exceptional customer service by a representative named Brock. He explained to me my phone options and informed me that my beloved LG brand was no longer an option. Patient, kind, explanatory and honest are words I would use to describe Brock. More people who work for Verizon should be like him. Thank you!
