Thelma Crenshaw Elementary School

This was my 3rd stop at Auto Zone in a day, first place didn't know what they were doing, the 2nd didn't have the quantity I needed and they directed me here.

I had the part on my phone and showed the salesperson what I needed, he made a few entry mistakes but he was trying to find what I needed and that was magnitudes higher than the first store I stopped at and I would go back to this location because of the higher quality of employee.

I've never been disappointed when I've shopped here. I made an online order for pickup the night before I was going up north to pick up on my way. Just needed a windshield wiper for the driver side, and a new gas cap. Really easy site to navigate and order from, it's paid for already, and quick.

The employee who helped me went out of his way and was super nice about it. With replacing the windshield wipers on my car, I'm a little bit too short to replace them and I wasn't headed back home but since the wiper was hanging from the hook, the clip hold holding it was broken. I asked if he could help me with the new wiper blade. He was really nice about it and I was able to head out from there.

Staff was very helpful and kind to help assist me for me car needs. If needing good customer service. This is the location to go.

My headlights were out and I had no clue which ones to get. Ron diligently helped figure it out and...he even replaced them for me! Super awesome! Totally recommend this place.
